Steak on the Rocks – How it works
Make your selection from the menu.
It will be presented Seared on both sides along with Ciabatta Bread served with Olive Oil & balsamic Vinegar, Seasonal Salad & Thinly Cut French Fries
Remove meat or fish from the hot rock and place on the white dish. Slice pieces off as required and cook on rock.
Continue to cook your chosen dish on the hot rock until it is cooked how you like it
Remember the stones are extremely hot so please do not touch! In order to avoid your food sticking to the rock, we use Ground Natural Himalayan Rock Salt.
