Hope you all had a festive Christmas period with Family & Friends that consisted of fabulous Food & delicious Beverages. Anyway we would like to share with you some of our festive celebrations from the beginning of December through to New Years Day!!!
Christmas Eve was a day where we catered for a Christmas Bottomless Brunch, all the three Eggs, (Benedict,Florentine & Royale) with Prosecco!!! Yummy yummy. This definitely started season off in the right direction.
For our Private Function Room (Jaccs) on Christmas Day we were able to provide a Glorious Swan Ice Sculpture which was supplied by The Ice Man This was the first time we have ever had this on site & it was such a WOW factor that exceeded the guests expectations!! Even ours for that matter. Around it was a Fruit Platter & Laurent Perrier Cuvée Rosé as it is characterized by its ripe red fruit aromas, a high intensity and great freshness, perfect combination for a Seafood Platter.
New Years Eve was a joyous occasion where we celebrated twice, the first was we had a Wedding for 70+ guests which was a beautiful fairytale and secondly seeing in the New Year with a bang and of course a Photo Booth to capture the beautiful Wedding.
